The ice bath data and we also looked at it in relationship to our sleep. Average sleep consistency increased 2.6% when members recorded taking an ice bath that day. The spike of cortisol in the morning, which was higher than the control group, could indicate that they have a better metabolism or circadian rhythm. And so it definitely has some kind of relation there, but we need to know more.
