The Impact of the Sky Blackout on Attendances

The EFL have increased the number of games in broadcast by four times. There are 832 protected games within that 3pm blackout window. The rest, obviously, now being broadcast. Do you think this is a testing of the waters from both a major pay TV broadcaster like Sky and the EFL to see if we increase the number ofgames? I don't think there really is much material impact on the games that they've left behind the blackout, because those are the ones people want to attend anyway.
