Are You Focused on Self-Coach Athletes?

There are quite drastic differences in methodology to establish the different training zones for one thing is it two millimole and four millimole lactate or is it a graded exercise test. There are so many different variables there and that will change the results sometimes quite a bit. Behind the scenes we're trying to work on some sort of information resources and different I suppose little tools that can help self-coached athletes.
