How to Build a Channel for Internal Communication
Stuart butterfield shut down development of his multi player online game called gletch, and he laid off almost all of the employees. He decided to do something kind of unusual, which was to help out the people he just fired. We built a webside called hihera genius, and we ad everyone like a portfolio, their namen, endorsements. A by the end of that process, we got know every single person who worked there who was getting laid off. And there was some like 37 of them. I believe, every single one of them got another job, and in most cases, they got a better job than the one hey had.
