And if anyone's struggling right now going through that, try it for a week. Just tell yourself, I'm amazing. Go for a walk. Take time for yourself. If just little things like that throughout the day, and it makes you happy, it's a skill. So my code of ethics is be good to myself, love myself, eat well, move.
