How to Launch a WAT Program
Launch week is just a start, right? So we're not putting all the activities all on the 20th of April, which is when we go live. We're actually using this as a start to obviously firstly communicate to our members that all these changes actually go in live. And then moving on to June is where, me and June is where we start doing a lot of summer offers,. The third phase is really pushing out to around August and September, so this is around more in terms of branding and mind share.
