Julie's weight gain could be a combination of hormones, minipas and stress that we're living through right now. And also, you know, there are no magical supplements and vitaments that we could say, this is what you need. So i would really suggest you might need to be someone who does weigh more frequently. But if i knew that i had gained weight and couldn't figure out why, that scale was really good feedback for me when i was trying to lose weight. It really made a difference.
