Optimizing Sleep Is So Important

When you sleep your brain is cleaning itself of the proteins that are associated with Alzheimer's disease like amyloid beta Tau. On just one night of short and sleep there's a 30 increase in Amyloid in cerebrospinal fluid and about a 50 increase in tau which is not necessarily reflective of what you see in brain. So you definitely want to make sure that you're optimizing your sleep.
