Probopha is a competitive inhibitor of c y p three a four. One way that you'll see this manifested, that you might be asked about, is it can increase the duration of action of medazilam. It has a context sensitive half time of ten minutes for infusions up to three hours, and then still less than forty minutes forinfusions of three to eight hours.
