How Much Carbohydrate Do You Need in Your Training?
It was for a number of reasons, I think there in terms of where we're tackling it also just in terms of ease training nutrition. We were going to see how much can we step that up considering how much he's he's training and expanding in his races. So depending on the length of training run I was doing for my long runs, anything on the three hours, I wasn't taking anything. And now in hindsight that that was done from the perspective I'm going to be doing a more better from a fat adaptation perspective.
