Getting Comfortable With Discomfort
A lot of what and i feel like this is a generational divise. Ourstarting to hit that ligenic millennial divide. Like, there's a definite genix attitude of um, let me invite the the discomfort in,. cause that's where the change happens. As somebody looking or venturing into that leadership role, because i can make things better, it's really easy for you. O, so i'll take on that discomfort, but i don't want to allow my team to experience it, because i'm responsible for my team, and i want to protect them from that. That's coming from such a good place, but it's done in a way that ultimately harms everyone
