My Number Two Is to Wake Up Before the Sun
Getting adequate amount of sleep and having a set bedtime is way more beneficial to any person. My number two for people is to wake up before the sun. cardio has its health benefits, right? But it also has some detrimental effects in terms of maintaining our lean muscle mass. Really, in regards to losing fat, it's not as beneficial.
