Do You Have a Hypoxic Training Plan?

Going too fast is kind of a common problem in the pool. Technique wise potentially, make sure that you're stretching out to full extension and using a nice rotation. You can also implement some kind of hypoxic training so breathing every uh you know if you breathe in every three maybe Breathalyser every four or five strokes. Also I'd probably look from like a programming point of view at potentially adding in some longer reps of less rest.
