Is There a Sweet Spot for Resistance Training?

Two to three times a week for resistance training is recommended. Four or five times a week may not necessarily take you that much further unless you're like a bodybuilder with specific goals. For the general population who want to be strong, builds a muscle and improve their bone mineral density, two to three days in the gym will do just fine.
