This weekend I did a breath work on open and it was like 20 minutes. By the end of it, I started getting that high where I was like, oh, this is why we do it. And then Saturday, my boyfriend and I went on a hike and after we started going, started going and he's an avid hiker. But this was a new one for both of us. We about two and a half hours in all of a sudden realized like we're in the middle of the fucking desert.
