The value metric, by the way, is the unit behind how you charge or how a customer pays. So historically that's been peruser, but it really doesn't have to be. And i think i've seen is realizing when per user price sing make sents for a business and when it's actually a bad call. How do you figure that out? You can look at competitors to see how competitors are charging. I wouldn't be totally drawn to competitors and say, i have to price exactly the way they do because having a different metric can actually be a source of competitive advantage.
