Relaxing Music Pre-Workout

i'm wondering if listening being in your own world and listening to some more of these relaxing songs can be a solution to that. We are hardwired for music so when we're not listening to music um we still have music in our head, i say. I developed it in college because i ran track and  it was just sort of something i developed but you didn't have that many people around you at the starting line.
