What can I do today that's going to make me feel better tomorrow? So for example, perhaps you could have an early night and actually get a proper night's sleep. Maybe having a healthy meal, maybe contacting someone that you really enjoy speaking with or even reaching out and speaking to somebody that you've fallen out with. All of these things can help you to just feel good about yourself. And it's likely that they're going to make you feel better tomorrow as well - not just in that immediate moment.
