The most research that's been done to show all the benefits of mindfulness in our master class. We'll be talking about some of that research on day three, which is more dedicated towards this skill. So I was wondering if you could kind of fill out the picture of how mindfulness kind of integrates with the rest of life or more specifically integrates with work. Yeah. In truth, we do not know what is the minimum needed dose of deliberate practice. But there are still benefits to having small times of practice during the day.
