How Do You Train for Long Runs?
Inside your Sunday long run, you might do some some efforts or there might be another day of the week where you're not running as fast. But I think it's about getting used to that feel and that flow of holding that kind of race feel within a long run. And when you're a bit fresher because you just get it dialed in a little bit more naturally. So almost like a button being able to switch on and switch off and it just gets a bit more natural I think.
