There are so many different treatment modalities that are out there. From my client's standpoint, one of the things I was trained in was it's important for the clinician to stick with modality. So if someone says they're eclectic, that is something that I don't personally support or professionally. And then whenever you do see different people posting online about different coping skills or different methods, to take all that stuff with a grain of salt. There's no one size fits off solution when it comes to successfully treating or an addiction to.
