How to Use Carb Manipulation in Indoor Training

Double sessions allows us to really implement good stress on the body for that day. We very rarely go zero carbs we normally have 10 to 20 grams per hour minimum even on a long endurance ride but it also depends on the top of athlete and the top of year. carb manipulation in pre-season can help improve aerobic efficiency so once racing started we would never go low carbs because he's a sprinter in these carbs to produce that lactate to produce that sprint. Carbon evaluation is now coming back to not as extreme anymore where we were going no carbs for as long as you can basically ride until you blow and then fuel up and get home.
