Don't be afraid to upset someone if you disagree with what they are saying like I'm saying that for myself as well because I know I censor myself from things at a fear of upsetting people so yes to that one the second question is if you could go back and give your 18 year old self one piece of advice. "I would probably say don't ever lose your sense of fun and playfulness and sense of humor"
