Do You Have Any Rules for Building a Workout Routine?
Having a plan is one of the most liberating feelings in the world. I would rather someone go three days a week and be 90% successful with that than say they're gin to go seven days a week and be 60%. Everything p 90 x works, like everything works. But everything works only so long as you can n it right? Do you recommend, when people are getting started or rebuilding a workout, to take it easy and not just overload themselves to the point? What's the best approach for maybe not overdoing it and kind of screwing up right from the beginning?
