i think it's only in so far as you actually hear the other dialects, because i hear american english all the time. So if i count eight, nine, ten, that doesn't sound jarring to me. And like enioenidecide o, hear it a ten when you say it. Otto coe ans e eoi dont. I may i hear the difference, but i, like, that's not something that i would like notice, specially between native speakers. If you'r native speaker, whatever you're saying is correct,. unless you e yore speaking completely broken English.
