The Power of Sentiment in Knowledge Management
I think that in itself shows that KM is seen and appreciated whether it's called knowledge management by some people or not, but it's definitely there. And something else that I like to do too is if this is a particular thing we're working on with a group like from a project standpoint rather than an ongoing consultant support standpoint is to gather that baseline metric. So asking people how they feel about their KM or how things are organized, how do they feel, how does it make them feel? Two or three months down the line coming back and seeing how that sentiment's changed and then publishing that I think is very, very powerful because I don't know if how people feel is being measured as
