How Do You Know if You Are a Salty Sweater?
The marks on dark clothes is an indication that you're losing a lot of electrolytes. Some people tend to lose more sodium from their sweat and what we call salty sweaters than others. Larry Armstrong had a world record in 1983-84 where his sweating rate was close to four liters per hour. It's very difficult to change your sweating rate if you're a very heavy sweater.
