I always try to have people think a little bit bigger but some people when they first come in aren't ready to think bigger and that's totally okay. My husband's goal right now is to run western states which is like a hundred mile trail race  in five to ten year thing who knows because you obviously have to build yourself up to those ultra distances. I'm like well what do you want to be doing in 20 years? Do you want to still be running or not?" "Yeah of course," he says, 'Let's make sure that we keep that in mind as we plan our training"
