If you can establish yourself as somebody who learn quickly, takes ownership, has the sense of earnagency, and can learn new skills and can net work, this can be you. In a bascebale sense, you can think of this as being labelled for some elite skill, right? That's a great way to be employed. And when you are valuable and you add skills, that's when you become dangerous in your career. Darryl: It's about skills, and it's about intent, right? Do you have the intent to be great in your career? And will you do the hard work to add the skill and then do thehard work that needs to be done
