Sun Dog Running

K f k is one of the oldest ultramarathons in north america. It's also a diverse course with narley trail, you have a little bit of good trail and roads. Sun dog running is also the official coaching sponsor of j f k. And it's a great time of year. I can go there and usually not worry about dying with heat strokes and getting nauseous.
