Jane began to diet in 2012. Two pregnancies and one pandemic later, she found herself at her highest weight of 175 pounds. In June of 2020, a neighbor shared Delay, Don't Deny with her and this helped Jane to understand the science behind the clean fast. She began her IF journey right away and has never looked back. 

Jane has lost more than 20 pounds. She no longer struggles with food guilt, listens to her body, sleeps better, and enjoys daily energy. 

Jane’s advice: Tweak it until IF is easy! Listen to your body and find what works best for you.
