"I just saw like the ratio of how many we could sell versus how many trainers we do is like this doesn't like make sense and I was like what if we put it in the boot camp," he said. "So that way I actually got to learn all the stuff that they had done long before I started my first gym so it's like ohdon't go too small because of this don't go too big because of the rent" He added Facebook ads, a nutrition template thing and made it one to many rather than one on one with people paying 500 bucks for an eight week training session.
