How to Valuation a Business
The best way to value a business is what the market will pay. We'll look at market comparable, where companies in their industry are trading who are publicly listed. And then we'll do a DCF, the favorite of college students and venture capitalists everywhere,. So we'll do that as well. That to me is an academic exercise. But I think as an academic exercise, as a baseline, that valuation technique is very sound.
