The Importance of Personal Attributes, Competencies, and Experience

We look at people from three basic dimensions in order, personal attributes, competencies, and then lastly, experience. Competencies we break down into two separate groups. Not being detail oriented probably isn't going to get you to the next level. Experience is what's on your resume. It tells me absolutely nothing about what you're good at doing, but it tells me what you did.
