The Cycling Key Session in Belgium

The third day was completed with the third session later than day they had to power nap after lunch and then in the late afternoon they did an easy run a little bit as active recovery from the cycling session. On Saturday there was another key session so planned so just before breakfast they did half an hour pre-morning wake-up run it's a little bit too active the body that gives them energy is also the feedback I get often they do on race days most days if it's possible they do also a pre breakfast morning jog.
