The YC community of founders is super lucky to have you. And I encourage all of them to reach out and book office hours with you. It's been so much fun catching up with you. Well, Carolyn, when you were talking about Google, I think the other thing that maybe worked well for us is the demographics. Like the people that bumped generally were like reasonably young in early in our careers. When we joined Google, we could like grow up there. And now, you know, we're all having kids. The idea of going and working in a different modality at a startup is not maybe what you want to do,. So that's another force that gets people to stay
