Situational leadership is the core executive functioning skill. Do you, were you raised by parents who had you figured out for yourself? Did your mom do it or did she get you to do it? I would say half and half like, they didn't go out of their way to encourage me to go, um, learn from myself. But what they did do was tell them, teach me to survive, I guess.
