I think COVID really accelerated the adoption of the cloud based contact center or cloud based telephony communication platform by about 10 years. It's almost overnight, right? People could not run their businesses and they had to find alternate ways. I would argue most people over works longer hours and they're more productive. And now that has really been able to participate in that.
