Joe co-founded Maverick with Larry in 2003 with the goal of creating a lifestyle company. Together they had decades of experience in the industry through companies like Brassler and other private labs. Joe’s son Steve also joins us today to talk about why he passed on dental school to fight the commoditization of dental labs across the country.
