What's the Best Carbohydrate to Frugdose?

There's been a lot of independent study on the different ratios of carbohydrate. The general consensus seems to be tha ratio of one to zero point eight is pretty much the optomal ratio in terms of being able to oxidize the most of the injested carbohydrate. Maladection and frugdose are very similar, at least when you're injesting high quantities,. At or above 90 grams an hour, the optimal ratio seems to be one to a roundabout point eight.
