What Do We Really Need for Training?

I think some of us just lack the knowledge of what do we actually need I have a lot of people that come to me just because they're like I don't know how much I need to be eating if I'm training XYZ. It's really sometimes just defining like what does my body actually need so that we can assess are we getting enough are we getting too much you know it's really hard to tell sometimes If we don't have that knowledge of what our body actually needs for the training we're doing. "It was a good to be like finishing six mile run not feeling like you're running on an empty tank and it was just like okay I understand what's going on now
