Does Naomi Establish a Steering Committee?
Our steering committee, for all intents iv purposes, is really our executive leadership team. We have what we call as a corporate deal review board that we hold as a standing meeting twice ontitallows us to bring different issues and opportunities to it as needed. That includes our c f o orr. General council, the business leaders, obviously, the business presidents and the g m of the business typically the intigration leaders involved in that as well. There not mine in particular, that's probably more done on the deal commercial side.
