I think quite often our stories about food override the intelligence that is the bio feedback of our body. And it's so easy to be on autopilot and just have the cornflakes or have the coffee or go to lunch because you hate your job. So they're like, oh, I can't wait to do the dash for the fridge or down to the cafe. And that becomes a story about seeking happiness throughout your day that is, you know, predominantly unpleasant. Yeah. That's kind of how I went there. Cause, and that's what I guess I do now is I marry that nutrition research and knowledge about intermittent fasting and blood sugar and all of that with the stories because
