In sport, more than anything else, you're not always running completely straight ahead. There's typically going to be some sort of curve to that run. And then the last one is kind ofa a back pedal or even like a hip turn motion. So i'd say a hip turn is where you're facing forward and you have to reposition your body to then go backwards.
