People use story to create meaning out of what is going on there. If you're trying to change someone's behavior, it's usually not going to happen by telling them a bunch of facts. It's like, open them up, tell a story. And then when it appears that they're receptive to receiving a new story, a new way to interpret the facts,. Then that's a way that you might be able to facilitate behavior change.
