Is B2B Marketing More Personal?
For us to really be able to sell, you know, to an enterprise account or upper mid-market account, we are essentially selling to at least 10 or 15 individuals. So I find that often B2B marketing is more personal, is more tailored to a specific individual or type of customer as opposed to broad marketing. It's interesting that when we talk about understanding your customers needs, it is customers with an S and even though it might only be one account or one type of business,. You need to understand who is your internal champion, who is your operator, who are some of these support functions.
