How Do You Separate From the Outcome?
Sales is going in there with a very narrow view of what they're trying to accomplish. The real help here is for segmentation, targeting, positioning and messaging. Customers ain't like strategy. Right now, marketing guesses with those insights. And that's why i think it's so valuable. Because if marketing did that stuff, and then they had messaging that resignated,. They were able to create sales and able terials that that people actually used hand.
