You're terrible at hills. What's your solve? Never run hills? Mentally beat yourself up every time you run hills because you're terrible at them? Or why don't you shine a light on it and say, what is it about hills that I have a problem with? Maybe it's a mental thing. Maybe you get all tight and anxious and stressed and you charge up the hill. And that's the opposite of what you really should be doing. You need to get in close with your weaknesses. That's why I use the term embrace. Call your weakness over and give it a bear hug. Don't ignore Rufus's poop. Clean it up. Deal with it
