The Infinite Regress Argument for Change

The argument goes something like this. Change exists in the world, but I'll change is the actualization of a potential for that change. No potential can be actualized unless something already actualizes it. This means either there is an infinite regress of actualizers or there is a purely actual actualizer. It's sort of like the old joke about the philosopher and the turtle.
