Hyperbaric oxygen therapy does not work independent of an increase in pressure. Once it's in the plasma, tumors have erratic vascula ray and then the bread blood cells get caught inside the capullaries and the basket. And you're delivering a massive oxidative stress to the tumor while it's relatively non toxic to healthy cells that have normal metabolism. You can trigger apoptosis and necrosis, really driving necrosis in these tumor cells.
